Commencing his career as a tradesperson at a Cat dealer network, Luke Mader later transitioned into marketing Caterpillar (owner miner division). Here, he identified an underserviced ‘niche’ in the market, establishing Mader Group in 2005.
Working as a single man band out of his Ute in the Kimberley, Mr Mader built the business from the ground up, strategising, executing & overseeing the business through all stages of growth in changing market conditions, from conception to present. Guiding the company from strength to strength, he leads Mader Group's strategic development to foster global expansion. In 2021, Mader Group was voted Employer of the Year at the annual Business News RISE Business Awards.
