Luke Herbert

Born and bred in Australia’s North West, Luke Herbert worked his way up from tradesman into planning and maintenance on mine sites and is a passionate believer in homegrown leadership. An estimated 80 per cent of the Linkforce team started as tradesmen and worked their way up in the company to fill roles such as superintendents, leading hands and managers. In 2014, Mr Herbert was named among Australia's young rich with a fortune estimated to be worth $59 million. In 2024 he debuted on the Business News Rich List at $195 million.
