Lucy Mengler is a commercial litigation lawyer with experience acting in disputes concerning mining law, contractual interpretation and consumer law (including misleading and deceptive conduct) across various jurisdiction levels, ranging from the Magistrates Court to the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the Federal Court. Ms Mengler was an Associate in the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Western Australia (to the Hon. President McLure), and later worked in litigation at a leading boutique firm.
