Louis Mostert

Louis Mostert is a legal, commercial, strategy and governance professional with over 20 years of experience in project contracting and finance, corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, insurance management, dispute resolution, work health and safety, employment and industrial relations, intellectual property, corporate governance and compliance. He has held leadership roles in various industries including international ASX-100 and FTSE-100 resources, engineering and construction businesses, and a top-tier national law firm.

Mr Mostert holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), and a Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia. He is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
