Mr Chien is a director of ASX-listed ASF Group and ASF Consortium, Rey Resources and ActivEX. He became managing director of Key Petroleum in October 2021.

Mr Chien holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Kelley School of Business (Indiana University, USA) and two Bachelor degrees in Architecture.
