Louis Carroll

Louis Carroll has a successful international career as chief executive, senior executive management and chairman across a range of founder-backed, entrepreneurial organisations and multi-nationals. He has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in English from the University of London. Mr Carroll held executive roles at Mars in Australia and the UK, and was general manager of AFTA Travel Insurance. He established the TeleTech business in Australia which grew to become TeleTech Asia Pacific with revenues of more than A$200 million and more than 4,000 employees in six countries. Mr Carroll's successful start-up business ventures include rainwater tank retailer, New Water, which he sold after quickly reaching A$10 million in revenue. He was a director of several organisations
where he was an entrepreneur, and was director of Covermore through its IPO in 2013 then becoming its chair two years later and driving the company’s successful sale this year to Zurich. Mr Carroll is also a non-executive director of National Home Doctor Service which has more than 600 medical practitioners across Australia.
