Lloyd Jenkins

Lloyd Jenkins has a 29-year career working in the property and construction industry where he has been involved in some of Australia’s largest residential and commercial projects including large scale portfolio divestment and acquisitions strategy and implementation, contract and integrated housing developments and residential, commercial and industrial land subdivision. As senior managing director of CBRE’s WA/SA/ACT business, he leads a team of more than 300 property professionals and is responsible for the corporate direction of CBRE’s WA, SA & ACT operations, encompassing all business lines including capital markets, office services, retail investments, agribusiness, industrial & logistics, asset services and hotels.
