Paul Thomson has signed a new service agreement with A-CAP Resources and will transition from his current role of managing director to chief executive.

Nicholas Calder has resigned as company secretary of Winchester Energy. Lloyd Flint, an experienced company secretary with over 20 years of experience in the mining and oil & gas industries, has been appointed as his replacement.

Caeneus Minerals has appointed current non-executive director Peter Christie as non-executive chair and Johnathon Busing as company secretary. They replace Keith Bowker who has resigned as non-executive chair and company secretary to pursue other interests.

Wayne Trumble and Philip Clark have retired as non-executive directors of African Energy Resources, but will continue to provide consultancy services when required.
