Veris MD takes new role
Surveying firm Veris has made a number of changes to its board, including Adam Lamond stepping out as managing director, as it deals with the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic.

Lisa Wynne is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with extensive experience in finance, accounting, corporate services, governance, strategy, risk management, and mergers & acquisitions across ASX- & TSX-listed companies and not-for-profit organisations.
Former owner of a consulting company for 11 years, Ms Wynne provided corporate and financial services to public companies and held the roles of company secretary and chief financial officer of several ASX-listed companies.
Ms Wynne is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and a member the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
