Lisa Palmer has over 23 years of experience in executive management covering finance, strategy, risk & compliance, governance, internal & external audit and corporate finance advisory.
She is a co-founder & chief financial officer of Perth-based private engineering company and provides consultancy services in strategy, risk & company secretarial.
Ms Palmer has worked with BHP Iron Ore, Woodside Energy, Deloitte & PwC in Australia and the UK. She is also a non-executive director, interim chief financial officer and company secretary; and has been a board member & treasurer of North Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club where she was received a long service award in 2013.
Ms Palmer is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia & the UK, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Company Secretaries, and a senior associate of the Financial Services Institute in Australia.
