Lisa Mitchell is an experienced company director and a mining and oil & gas executive with significant experience as a chief financial officer, company secretary and executive director of several Australian and London listed companies.

Ms Mitchell has been involved in financial management, leadership, debt and equity raising capabilities, LSE compliance and M&A.

Ms Mitchell has resided in the UK for 10 years and is a Fellow of CPA Australia.
