Lisa Jones is an experienced corporate lawyer, corporate affairs advisor and company secretary with particular experience working with emerging and high growth companies in the biotech, media & technology and oil & gas sectors.

Ms Jones has been providing corporate advisory and company secretarial services to private and ASX-listed companies including specific transaction management (acquisitions, capital raising and IPOs, technology licensing and development.

Ms Jones has also worked in Italy as a lawyer in private practice on cross-border M&A and licensing, and as in-house counsel for a large Italian company providing energy and telecommunications infrastructure.
