Lincoln Pan is the founder and senior partner of Thrive & Company. The company name is based on one of his best-selling books Thrive: ‘six key principles for a wildly successful business.’ Mr Pan is also chief executive of Thrive Investment Management, the leading quantitative and systematic hedge fund in Australia.
Mr Pan has consulted with, and coached, over 1000 individuals and businesses across seven countries; helping business owners and entrepreneurs strategically align their passion with long-term financial sustainability. His TEDx seminar ‘Three Principles to Create Your Unshakeable Financial Future’ is among one of the highest rated seminars from any TEDx participant. Mr Pan has even walked over hot coals - he successfully did so at an Unleash the Power Event with the renowned Tony Robbins.
He is a board member of not-for-profit organisation Haka for Life.
