US-based Ambassador Lincoln Bloomfield Jr has extensive governance and regulatory experience, and years of international diplomacy and security expertise.
Ambassador Bloomfield has worked within the security apparatus of the US Government under three presidents and five administrations, was involved in developing the US Government’s first international policy on cyber security and on Critical Infrastructure Protection.
Ambassador Bloomfield also holds several roles in the private sector promoting sustainability. Having served for eight years until 2017 as chair of the non-partisan Stimson Center, he is now Stimson chair emeritus.
