Lily Zhao
Technical Director / Richmond Vanadium Technology
Lily Zhao has over 20 years of experience in project management and engineering. She has extensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical and control system design, programming, commissioning and operational support; and is highly experienced in project team leadership, tender evaluation and negotiation, strategic planning and cost control.
Ms Zhao was instrumental in overseeing the development of Richmond Vanadium Technology’s patent pending process flowsheet during her 4-year tenure as chief engineer. She then became RVT's technical director in July 2023.
Ms Zhao holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering, and is pursuing an MBA from the University of Western Australia.
