Les Capelli established Vector Lifting in 1989 and as managing director, has overseen its subsequent growth to become a major supplier of specialised and sophisticated lifting and railway maintenance equipment. Mr Capelli's business has successfully completed projects in Australia, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and the Middle East. Mr Capelli's skills and experience are in the fields of engineering design, manufacture, project management and customer service delivery.
