Perilya, CBH to merge, Jubber steps down
Perth-based Perilya Ltd and Sydney-based CBH Resources Ltd have announced a $489 million merger deal to form a globally significant producer of lead and zinc.
Len Jubber is a mining engineer with over 25 years of experience in the minerals industries in Australia and overseas.
Prior to becoming chief executive of Kalium Lakes from December 2021 to April 2023, Mr Jubber was chief executive and managing director of Bannerman Resources for over 7 years, managing director and chief executive of Perilya for almost 3 years, and seven years with OceanaGold where he ultimately became chief operating officer and an executive director. Mr Jubber started his mining career in Namibia with Rössing Uranium Limited, a subsidiary of Rio Tinto.
