Lee Stephens has been the general manager of projects and operations at Genesis Minerals since April 2022. Following the takeover of Dacian Gold by Genesis Minerals, Mr Stephens transitioned from his role as non-executive director of Dacian Gold to chief operating officer in May 2023.

Prior to that, he had a brief stint as operation manager of Saracen Gold Mine, and was general manager of open pits at Northern Star Resources.
