Lee Rossetto

Lee Rossetto has a diverse property and government law practice with a focus on major projects and development. He acts for government, university and private clients and draws on more than 12 years' local and international experience to advise on the full spectrum of property, infrastructure and resource projects.

Mr Rossetto has particular market expertise in complex large scale urban renewal, land and housing development and infrastructure projects, public private partnerships (PPPs) affordable housing and contaminated sites, as well as land tenure, statutory interpretation, policy and strategic advice.

He has worked on many of Western Australia's landmark property developments and strategic transactions, and currently has a lead role on the iconic Perth City Link Project.
