Lee Bowers

Lee Bowers has extensive experience in global resources finance and equity markets, in minerals industry analysis, mining corporate strategy and business development, fundamental asset evaluation (including valuation), corporate financial and capital structure dynamics, equity capital raising/syndication in Australia and Canada, and institutional funds strategies.

Mr Bowers has been the managing director of Fivemark Partners since October 2013. He spent over 4 years as a senior mining analyst with Macquarie Group, over a year as a director of mining research at Royal Bank of Canada, before rejoining Macquarie Group as a division director, head of Australian mining equity research, and head of global resources sales.

Mr Bowers holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
