Lawrence Lee is a highly experienced restructuring, insolvency and litigation lawyer with particular experience in the financial services, energy and resources sectors. Mr Lee has acted on a range of large and complex restructuring and disputes matters for major Australian and international clients, and has appeared as counsel in the Federal Court, the Western Australian Supreme Court and in domestic and international arbitrations. He also has extensive experience in schemes of arrangement and in directors' duties, regulatory and governance matters.
