Lauren Chaine is a solicitor in the Projects and Real Estate division of global law firm, King & Wood Mallesons where she is regularly involved in major property acquisitions and disposals, property advisory work and commercial leasing. Lauren has also worked closely with the Litigation team at King & Wood Mallesons where she has been involved in a number of workplace and safety matters. In 2013, She was seconded to the Perth Airport to assist with Perth Airport’s major terminal redevelopment. During this time, Lauren worked closely with Perth Airport's retail team to negotiate, draft and finalise the airport’s retail contracts and assist with other legal issues. Lauren has completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Asian Studies, specialising in advanced Indonesian language, at Murdoch University. During her time at university, Lauren and her team won the International Foreign Direct Investment Moot at Pepperdine Law School in Malibu, California and placed runner-up in the International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot at the Sydney University of Technology.
