Laura Ling Zhang has an executive background with extensive leadership, governance, regulatory and transaction experience. She has played a key role in company acquisitions, and has successfully implemented the business and operational integration of those acquisitions.
Ms Zhang has also executed other corporate transactions and initiatives utilising her extensive commercial and stakeholder engagement experience and expertise. She has a deep understanding of both Australian and Chinese corporate governance principles and business practices, and extensive experience in facilitating meaningful cross-cultural communication.
