Lara Iacusso is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial advisory services within Australia and overseas, and across a wide range of industries including mining and exploration. She specialises in providing financial advisory services to emerging companies, and has experience working with companies operating in multiple jurisdictions on optimising cashflow, taxation and other cross-border matters.
Ms Iacusso became chief financial officer of Vital Metals in October 2023, and is also chief financial officer for a West African Lime Company and several private companies. Prior to that, she was a partner of Deloitte's corporate finance team, chief financial officer of ASX-listed Oklo Resources which merged with B2Gold in September 2022, and TSXV-listed Compass Gold Corp.
