Lance Perry is a senior lawyer with over 20 years of experience. He has worked in a top-tier private practice and as in-house counsel with a multinational mining company. Mr Perry also has significant general counsel and environmental & safety law experience having been directly involved in responding to, and advising on, significant environmental and safety incidents (including fatalities), liaising directly with regulators, and responding to prosecutions under the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (WA) as well as the Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1994 (WA).
