Lance Glare is an experienced public sector leader with a strong record of policy innovation and delivery excellence at the Commonwealth, State and Local Government levels across four jurisdictions and internationally.

He has been the director of infrastructure policy & governance at the Department of the Premier and Cabinet in WA since January 2017 before becoming acting chief executive of Infrastructure WA in August 2019 and deputy chief executive from August 2020 to December 2021. Mr Glare has since been KPMG's director of infrastructure, assets & places and director of WA Government.
