Lachlan Thompson has been with Goldfields Group since 2014, initially as a senior development manager before becoming chief operating officer in March 2014 and chief executive in June 2021.
Prior to that, Mr Thompson was the development manager of Pellicano Group for over 3 years, and a manager of Shape Australia and JLL.
