Lachlan Harris

Lachlan Harris is a senior civil engineer with eight years’ experience in the industry.

He undertakes a project leader's role within Pritchard Francis' civil team. Based out of its Broome office, Mr Harris offers regional north-west clients significant local knowledge of the Broome and Greater Kimberley Region, including specific experience in the areas of water sensitive drainage design, remote construction techniques, unsuitable soil remediation and delivery of regional projects with tight development time frames.

He completed a year of volunteer work with Engineers Without Borders Australia in Cambodia and was involved in the setup of a social enterprise which manufactured, marketed and sold household scale biodigesters, small units that convert animal waste into biogas. Mr Harris was responsible for all technical aspects of design, distribution and installation, as well as training and mentoring of local Khmer staff.
