Kylie Prendergast

Dr Kylie Prendergast is a geologist and technical leader with over 25 years of experience within the international mining and resource sector. She has worked across a range of different operating jurisdictions, including significant in-country assignments and expatriate roles, and was involved in business development, project technical and economic evaluation, and commercial management including direct interaction with a range of stakeholders in global resource capital markets.

Dr Prendergast is a partner of Petram Capital, a private equity principal investor focused on capital appreciation and financing in real asset natural resources. She is also the chief executive of Kina Copper & Gold, and an associate of leading industry consultant Mining Associates where she previously held the role of managing director. She has been providing a wide range of professional advisory and consultancy services to public and
private clients within the mineral industry, extending across a global suite of projects ranging from greenfields exploration through to producing operations.

Dr Prendergast had also held senior leadership roles at Felix Gold, Mawarid Mining, Batu Mining, Gold Fields, and worked in technical geology positions at BHP Billiton, Ivanhoe Mines and North Limited.

She holds a PhD in Economic Geology, and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance.
