Kosta Lucas

Kosta Lucas is a researcher, practitioner and writer in community resilience and development. He is also a program management specialist for the UNAOC project on peer-to-peer capacity-building training between young media makers in New York.

With years of experience developing programs with a strong youth engagement component, Mr Lucas has worked with Google and Facebook to shape and write policy on counterspeech and pro-social content creation.
