
Kim Jacobs AM is a professional non-executive director of public and private companies as well as not-for-profit organisations. He is the founder, managing director and chair of Inteq which he established in 1988 until it was sold in 2018. Inteq provided corporate, strategic and financial advisory services to medium and smaller corporations, divisions of major corporations and private family companies. Mr Jacobs has extensive experience in investment banking, strategic advice and planning, financial management, M&A, IPO's, project finance, commercial development of early-stage companies, and corporate governance. He has worked extensively throughout Australia and internationally and has expertise in resources, health care, life sciences, technology and technology commercialisation, transportation, logistics and agricultural. Mr Jacobs holds a Bachelor of Law from Sydney University and a Masters of Business Administration from Macquarie University. He was awarded an Order of Australia (AM) in 2016.
