Kim Eales

Kim Eales is a founding member of Resolutions Systems and has over 10 years of experience in the mining sector, as an oeprations leader in Rio Tinto and in implementing MaxMine.
His core focus has been tyre life improvement, haul fleet optimisation, and operator engagement to sustain performance.
Mr Eales began his career in human resources, working in multiple industries before finding a home in mining with Rio Tinto. He then transitioned from human resources to a mine operational leadership role.
Mr Eales holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources/Marketing from Griffith University in the Gold Coast.
