Kim Duong practices in the area of commercial property law and has experience in property acquisitions and disposals. She also practices in the area of leasing and is experienced in the drafting and negotiation of leases on behalf of landlord and tenant clients for retail and commercial premises. Ms Duong advises land owners and developers with regard to the whole life span of a transaction from due diligence, contract preparation and negotiations, and structuring advice through to completion.
