He commenced his career at KPMG in 1996. He has also worked at Norton Rose in London and Blake Dawson Waldron in Sydney; in taxation, banking and finance. In 2001, Mr Barry moved into investment banking and principal finance, as a senior vice president of Zurich Capital Markets for work in debt capital markets and corporate advisory.
Mr Barry is one of the founders and managing director of the Thakral Capital Investment Division.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and Law from the University of New South Wales, and is a practicing solicitor in New South Wales.
