Ken Grunder joined Kott Gunning in 2013 having previously been a Lawyer at Sparke Helmore. He has worked on a range of insurance related matters almost invariably for defendants (insurers, self-insurers and employers), principally in the state compensation, liability and professional indemnity areas. He is currently working on a number of physical and psychiatric injury claims as well as property recovery claims, many of which are being litigated at WorkCover and in the District Court.
