Mutiny Gold has promoted non-executive director Alan Brown to non-executive chairman, following the resignation of Frank Lawson from the board of the WA gold explorer.
Kelvin Flynn is a Perth business executive in the private equity sector. His past roles include executive director and vice president at Goldman Sachs, managing director of Alvarez & Marsal in Asia, co-founder and managing director of Sirona Capital, and acting chief executive of National Lifestyle Villages. From July 2018 he has been managing director of investment and development group Harvis, which includes part of the former Sirona Capital business. Mr Flynn is a non-executive director of ASX-listed Mineral Resources and Silver Lake Resources, and private equity-owned Flinders Dairy Group and Global Advanced Metals. He also serves as a member of the investment committee for the Methodist Ladies College Foundation.
