Keith Woodward PSM is an experience local government chief executive responsible for its legislative and executive functions.
Mr Woodward became chief executive at the Shire of Three Springs in November 2019. Prior to that, he has worked at the Shire of Exmouth, Shire of Ashburton, City of Canning, City of Melville, and the City of Fremantle.
Mr Woodward has delivered extensive public administration programs and municipal works; managed the preparation, response and recovery associated with declared natural disasters, near–misses or direct impacts of seven cyclones, floods and bushfires.
Mr Woodward has been a recipient of many local government accolades and awards. In 2018, he received a Public Service Medal for outstanding public service to local government administration in Western Australia.
