Keith Pollocks has an impressive background in the natural resources sector and extensive experience in a variety of senior finance roles, having led and managed finance teams, major commercial negotiations and projects within globally significant corporations.
Mr Pollocks was chief financial officer of the Newcastle Coal Infrastructure Group, a consortium of major coal producers including BHP, which owns and operates one of Australia’s largest coal export terminals and has turnover of A$400m. Prior to that, he was general manager of treasury, taxation and business evaluation at MMG, a dual listed globally diversified base metals company. Mr Pollocks also held senior finance and company secretary positions with Lyondellbasell (formerly Shell Chemicals).
He is a qualified accountant (CPA) and Chartered Corporate Treasurer (MCT).
