Dr Hillness was Electricity Commissioner of the Queensland Electricity Commission (QEC) for a time, CEO of the Queensland Transmission and Supply Corporation (QTSC). In addition to his corporate experience, Keith is a Doctor of the University QUT. He was also Deputy Chancellor of Queensland University of Technology for a time, is a Member in the General Division - Order of Australia, and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia, the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors
