Kazia Klopper is a special counsel specialising in commercial litigation, with a focus on construction and engineering disputes.
With over 15 years of experience, Ms Klopper has acted for commercial clients in a range of forums including mediations, arbitrations, adjudications, the Building Commission, the State Administrative Tribunal, the Federal Court and the District and Supreme Courts of NSW and WA; and across a variety of matters including contract, tort, property, consumer and competition law, intellectual property and insolvency. Her particular specialty is in construction and engineering matters, including dispute resolution of contract claims and adjudications under security of payment legislation.
