Kaye Butler has been the chief people, culture and sustainability officer of Pacific Energy since April 2022. Prior to that, she was the general manager of human resource at Chevron Australia for over 11 years and in Texas for 3 years. She had also held several roles within the resources industry, most of which were for global alumina producer Alcoa.
Ms Butler was also the health and safety manager in a large alumina refinery, and also a senior human resource manager responsible for multi-site integrated mining and refining operations with a workforce of approximately 5,000 people. She also held senior corporate positions in health and safety management, change management and human resource management.
Ms Butler has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and postgraduate diploma in organisational psychology.
