Ms Parsons brings experience in accounting, finance, governance, and risk management. Formerly she was an assurance partner at Ernst and Young with international experience working in Australia, the USA, and the UK in a broad range of industries including retail and real estate. She was also part of the Oceania assurance leadership team responsible for quality assurance and risk management. Kathy was the signing partner on the audit of Nick Scali Limited from 2012 to 2018. She is member of Risk Committee.
