Kathryn Davies has a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Accounting and Business Law, is a Certified Practicing Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Ms Davies is an experienced executive across mining, oil and gas, industrial, healthcare and technology sectors. She has significant experience in negotiating and delivering on multi-jurisdiction transactions, international stakeholder management and capital markets. Ms Davies has extensive commercial and corporate governance experience and has worked with both developed and developing economies. Ms Davies’ international experience includes the growth pathways of exploration, development and production, having previously been the chief financial officer of dual listed Hardman Resources and company secretary of Mineral Deposits and Carnegie Minerals NL. Ms Davies was also company secretary of Japara Healthcare and interim chief financial officer of Planet Innovation.
