Kathleen Kiernan

Dr Kathleen Kiernan has over 30 years' experience in law enforcement, defense, and intelligence industries. A 29-year veteran of Federal Law Enforcement, Dr Kiernan was assistant director for the Office of Strategic Intelligence and Information for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). She was a Member of the Army Science Board, Member of the Air Force Strategic Studies Board, the ATF representative to the Counterterrorism Center at CIA, Council Vice President for ASIS International, and graduate of the FBI’s National Executive Institute. Dr Kiernan is an adjunct faculty member at The Johns Hopkins University and the Naval Postgraduate School Center for Homeland Defense and Security.
