Kathleen Bozanic is an accountant by profession (ACA Australia) and over 25 years of experience in compliance, governance, risk and financial management, having been a partner of a leading professional services firm (Deloitte), finance executive in public and private companies, and non-executive director of not-for-profit and government organisations.
Ms Bozanic worked in a number of finance teams of mining construction companies including BGC Contracting, Atlas Iron and Mount Gibson Iron where she was chief financial officer and general manager of finance. Ms Bozanic was the assurance and advisory partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu for 5 years, and was responsible for audit and advisory services to a wide range of public and private companies in Perth and Sydney.
She was a board member of WA Deaf Society.
Ms Bozanic is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce from UWA, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
