Ms Robb brings more than 20 years of governance, internal audit, risk management and compliance experience. She has held senior management roles within a number of ASX listed companies. In addition to this, Kate also spent seven years with PwC during which she provided governance services to listed and privately owned entities. She is director of Sandringham Community Financial Services Limited - Independent Member of Audit Committee.
