Kate Daniels is a commercial lawyer providing specialised legal and strategic advice to clients in disability services (including SIL and SDA), aged care, retirement and lifestyle villages, community housing, not-for-profits, and Indigenous corporations (including Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations).

She has significant experience in providing advice to diverse clients on commercial and regulatory matters, management of compliance obligations, internal audit processes and risk management, sales/acquisitions and development, and as an advocate before various courts and tribunals.
