Gaps aplenty at public service
The state government has announced four senior public service appointments but needs to recruit five new directors general, including at the Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
Karen Ho held executive positions at the Department of the Attorney General and also at the Department of Training and Workforce Development.
She is the acting director general at the Department of Training and Workforce Development. She has been with the department since July 2018 and was the executive director for policy, planning and innovation.
