Kara Nicholls

Kara Nicholls has over 20 years of global equity markets, commercial and corporate governance experience. Prior to becoming the group company secretary and executive general manager of group governance at Commonwealth Bank in January 2019, she was company secretary of Caltex Australia, Woolworths, and Arrium; global head of company secretariat for Macquarie Capital Funds, and spent almost six years as an advisor at the ASX. Ms Nicholls is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and a member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors.
