Kane Marshall has over 20 years of experience as a director, geologist, engineer and company builder. He has been advising resource companies on new venture transactions and funding.
Mr Marshall has held technical and managerial roles with private equity, junior and major oil companies. He was chief operating officer of Bounty Oil and Gas NL, managing director of Key Petroleum, consultant production engineer with the Santos' Roma implementation team in Brisbane, and a reservoir engineer for Chevron Australia and Woodside Energy on North West Shelf projects based in Perth. He became managing director of Sacgasco in July 2023.
Mr Marshall holds a Master of Petroleum Engineering from Curtin University, Bachelor of Science (Petroleum Geology) from the University of Western Australia, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Investment Finance and Corporate Finance) from the University of Western Australia.
